As for forced relocation, none of us can kick any other person out, we have to go before the college tribunal and state our cases and that takes at least a month. As me and my roomie sit on the tribunal I find it unlikely that I'll be on the streets any time soon.

If he wanted you to get kicked out sooner, I'm betting he could.

You'd be surprised at how fast the cogs turn at a college when the words "assault" "safety" and "liability" are used in the same sentence.

That would put him in a very precarious position. I don't throw things at people who haven't thrown things at me. I have photographic evidence of damage he's caused to the place and his his farming experiment might possibly be exposed...It is not in either of our best interests to make a scene.

As I said, I sit on the tribunal, I know exactly what course of action we take when people use those adjectives.

Too bad your roommate/friend is too stupid to call the cops and charge you with assault w/ deadly weapon.

YABFT. Yet Another Back Fire Thread.

It'd get routed to campus safety, I'd get fined for the damage the beer can did to the wall (none) He'd get relocated to another unit and we'd both get marks on our records and have to go in front of the tribunal.

It is only assault if I hit him with it. Just like it's not murder if you shoot at or shoot somebody and they don't die, it's attempted murder.

I stand corrected.

Fantastic, except like halfway through the condom broke so I think I might have AIDS now.

You also knew your anal and would have trouble living in a filthy place. You immediately started making demands about cleanliness, and you clean up the place knowing damn well it wouldn't stay clean. You, being anal and can't understand why others are not, want to clean. Roomie does not share your anal concerns and goes up to his room while you clean.

...so you get violent and throw a beer can at his head? After berating him for five minutes about cleanliness in the place YOU JUST MOVED INTO?!!

Jesus, you are a DICK. I hope the the roomies get together and throw your ass out. You are a prick.

(I am anal about cleanliness too, but I'm not a dumbass)

I heard if two pricks met, it wasn't gay unless the balls touched...

Chewing him out is better than blowing him to get a good parking spot. ;)

Why are you trying to defend your asshole nature and then go on about how you would lie to the authorities after you assaulted your roommate (which is one word, btw, not two)? It is clear that you are a less than respectable human with violent tendencies. Let's all hope you don't ever end up in a serious relationship, as spousal abuse is a high possibility from someone like you.

I'll be the first to admit I should not have launched the beer in his direction. The verbal thrashing was justified, the airborne aluminum was not. I don't defend my actions.

If the authorities were called I wouldn't lie, I wouldn't say anything. I'd get representation, let them deal with it and take whatever consequences I suffer like the man that I am. It was a JOKE.

To accuse me of being a wife beater is extremely harsh seeing as you don't even know me. There is a reason I did not "kick his ass" or hit him with the can; I don't hurt people.period. Drywall can be fixed with little expense. Serious bodily harm cannot.

I find it fascinating that one post concerning a situation I've been trying to deal with for 3 weeks and lost my temper with qualifies me as a felon and a spousal abuser. I think not.

If that is the case, so be it.

There is one important detail I left out. The primary pig is moving out in a month. The rest of us tend to do a decent job with cleaning up after ourselves but we can't seem to stay on top of this guys mess, which is causing the issue. It was primary pig that I got in to it with. We had a 'family meeting' and got everything out in to the open so its a step in the right direction.

$40 bucks in sushi and a lot of beer later all is behind us. See no cops had to get called, no one has to move and I get to live in cleanliness :D. ATOT has turned in to a bunch of assholes.

Wow, if you didn't hit him in the head; you must have thrown the beer like a little girl. I can just picture that can flying slowly through the air and landing a mere 3 feet from you.
