Anybody know of a deal on this game? GoGamer price is $40, but it's OOS, and I don't know if $40 is good enough...

I got a free Pink Ice - Cream truck! I can now order it in anytime from black market.

It's brilliant, it has a big crash bar on the front so you can ram everything without taking damage and it has increased top speed too - it's great for stunts. And I never thought I'd say this but it's great fun blasting around in a pink truck. :D

Free DLC rules! This is what good developers do (take note Ubisoft, bad Ubisoft!).

The Pink Ice Cream truck is nice...but I much prefer the helicopters for travel, especially when assaulting a base, use the heli to maim/destroy all the fuel tanks, SAM sites, men on the ground etc, then I'll go in and ground pound for the weapon/vehicle/armor parts.

Definitely but I'm taking a break from the bases and just driving around, taking in the scenery, exploring doing stunts and achievements. I don't want to 'use up' all the bases yet (although there are loads).

I think for the first time ever I seriously might consider actually paying for DLC - if it's good enough - 'cos this is a very good game and the dev.s have impressed me greatly so far. For the right price I would happily reward the potential for more fun in this game, I just don't want it to end.

My interview with Lead Programmer Fredrik Larsson and Game Designer Peter Johansson has gone live! A few examples of some questions I asked: What other Easter-eggs exist beyond the Lost island reference? Were fully destructible structures ever considered? Will Just Cause 2 ever end up on the Wii? How does the Heat system really work? Why on earth can't we purchase multiple items from the Black Market?

It's a good read.

That's a good piece, thanks for that. Filled in a few gaps for me, still loving this game.

Started playing this a few days ago, and I'm hooked.
I haven't had this much fun since Vice City!
There have been many moments where I've said to myself "if it actually lets me do this, this game is awesome" and it has every time.
Fixed a few performance issues and it's now running great (even on my older hardware - E6750@3.2 and an 8600GTS, 4GB DDR800).
I'll be playing this for a long time, just like VC!

I've got 80 hours played so far. I'm at 97.89% complete, with 6 military bases left two of them quite large. I don't think I'll hit 100% but probably 99.75% or so. The whole 80 hours has been a complete blast, love this game and especially love the random easter eggs

Grabbed it off gamestop.com digital download for $15, this game is a blast, i played the demo for like 3 week, hehe. By the way, not being able to bring down the mile high club is a downer, i was looking forward to making that thing crash into the water while i skydove off my blackhawk.
