Just caught three punk kids breaking into a vehicle.

I saw two girls and a guy (high school kids dressed like crack fiends) go into a vehicle that wasnt theirs and took some stuff out. They didnt see that i saw them so i went downstairs from my apartment (where i saw them) and called the cops while following them. My girlfriend is now saying that maybe i shouldnt have said anything because they could be crazy and since i walk to and from work here in downtown seattle they could see me.
What would you have done?

Not when you live in Down Town Seattle, there are some pretty sketchy folks so I can understand her concern.

I was busy chasing the mofers, and i was on my cell phone wiht the cops (otherwise i would have used the cam on the phone).
