just bought kindle fire HD 7", which cover is best for it?

hi, i just bought it over the weekend and i am looking to get nice cover\case that will protect it the best and still be functional. also looking for any tips and tricks for these as this is my first venture into tablets. thanx for any help provided.

not sure what is wrong with it, it does all i want it to do, i am happy with it. i did not ask for advice on which one to buy but what cover\case for it. i am sure i am not the only here who has one

Just ignore them. I just grabbed this:

It looks really good and the clips that hold the Kindle Fire in don't get in the way of anything. They hold the device remarkably well. It's thick enough to protect, but small enough that it isn't bulky. My SO complains though because it doesn't act like a stand as many of the other ones do so I picked up this:

I literally ordered it less than 5 minutes before I saw your post. If you don't need the stand, the Marware is probably of considerably better quality and I've had great luck with the Marware case I have on my Kindle eReader.

Just notices, too, that you got the Fire HD. The cases I pointed at won't fit, so just to be safe, make sure your checking the descriptions.

I cheaped out and couldn't justify the extra $50.
