Bought a bottle of Shiraz. Never tried it. Had plenty of beer so didn't want to buy more.

Now when will I have to stop driving to the county line to buy hard liquor...

We didn't have liquor by the bottle in my county until just a few months ago. If you wanted even a bottle of wine you had to go on a 40 minute round trip. Now there are like 6+ liquor stores in my town of only about 50,000, I don't think they can all survive. There is one owned by indians that is sure to last, I bought a case of Yellow Tail Chardonnay for only $4.50 a bottle.

In Ontario, you can buy all the booze you want on Sunday. It just costs two to three times what it does across the border. :\

For example...
-1L Bottle of Chivas Regal 12 year old scotch in Buffalo: $48
-1L Bottle of Chivas Regal 12 year old scotch in Ontario: $65
*not including sales tax

<--- lives in Mass on the NH border. I've been able to buy booze on sunday all my adult life. And Chivas Regal 12 year is $35 with no sales tax in New Hampshire. 18 year is $65.

I bought a bottle of Jim Bean and that German liquor that tastes like NyQuil today in MA. Burlington considered a border region?

No Burlington is one of the towns that have to make "packy runs" on Sunday. Or they used to be anyway. They may have changed the law recently.
