You can soupe up a hond civic all you want its still not a sl600 benzo

i.e. taking a crappy piece of meat and doing fancy shit with it doesn't make it better than a superior cut of beef with nothing done to it.

I didn't say the method wasn't proper. I said that's the BEST steak recipe. Maybe the best for the flank cut, though I think I prefer the mexican style seasoning and prep vs. the french.
