Just bought a Samsung i760 at Verizon!

Guys,

I bought a new phone at VZ, the samsung i760 with windows mobile 6 pro. I tried playing a divx movie on it but it didnt work. I then tried converting the divx movie to mp4 formet with Alive MP4 converter, but it gave me an unspecified error.

Does anyone know the solution? How can I convert a divx movie so that it will play on my phone? Also is there a way to shrink the movie in size?

I dont want to bash your phone but my friend has one since he works at verizon.

The display on that thing is horrible. You should not watch a movie on it.

Thanks aimster. Ur right the display isnt great, but overall its not unwatchable. Phone itself is also not bad, or relatively speaking....I had the LG chocolate before. Worst phone ever.

I used to have an i730 and it was ok, but way too fat/bulky for me.
this w/the suggested Core player should work out for ya.

Thanks guys...I tried getting the coreplayer but their website does not work? Do you know where I can download it or if it costs anything?

Also can you recommend any web browser to dl for my i760? I thought about opera but dont want to spend any $.
