...OMG the screen!!! It's beautiful!! Thankfully you can remove most of the Samsung widgets on the home pages. The tablet seemed to be a bit faster when scrolling through gone screens once I did that, and I'm sure battery life is probably increased a bit as well. I'd prefer a stock Android experience but I'm willing to sacrifice for that screen lol. tablet Speaker volume could be a bit louder imo as well.

I moved from a Nexus 7 which was really nice and I would have kept that had it not been for the fact that I wanted a bit bigger screen to read magazines. I tried the Nexus 9 side by side. It was also really nice and the stock Android is appealing, but the lack of expandable storage is a huge let down for me. Another thing I don't like is that soft touch plastic. If it was all metal like the HTC One I have, i would have thought twice.

Overall, I'm happy with it, even if I don't think I could ever get used to Touchwiz.

Nexus 9 fails out the gate with a 4:3 aspect ratio, sadly. The Tab S is clearly superior. Just nuke as much of TouchWiz as you can and install Nova or Apex.

Completely disagree.

4:3 is much more useful and the biggest reason I bought the Nexus 9

Subjective for sure. I have both now so I have best of both worlds

Nexus 9 is on another level with how quick it feels regardless of what you nuke.

That said for Media the Tab S wins hands down. For everything else I'll be on the Nexus. Look forward to custom Roms too.

I would consider the nexus 9 if it had an sd slot AND longer battery life.

Nexus 9 was definitely faster when i tried it. I watch movies on mine more than read so for me, it had to be the Tab S. I nuked add much as I could but there's still an odd lag here and there.
