Thanks for the insight. I can see you got your head stuck up your ass when you reached in to pull that comment out. 😛

ever chew into a whopper and bite into a bone? i thought the meat patties were made out of processed minced meat? how does a bone the size of a fingernail get into a beef patty anyway?

Maybe it was a fingernail.

i worked at a mcdonalds this summer

you can cook 36 burgers in 1 min.

and the real concern should be the fish...unlike the 100% beef burgers, or the 100% chicken nugets, or the 100% potato labels on all of the boxes. the fish box contains a 50% fish label, and 50% random part label

that is bad
very very bad

More likely it was a piece of beak.

Bah.. According to the fruitloops over at PETA, they cut off the beaks beforehand...

This, however, begs the question of why anyone would want to eat a McNugget anyway. They're made by boiling chicken carcasses and forming the extract into a slurry, to which are added synthetic binders which allow the slurry to be formed into various shapes.

<Homer>MMMmmmm... binders... </Homer>

I got metal shaving on my pancakes once from McDonalds (I guess from the grill) and showed/complained about it. I got 12 coupons for free breakfasts and a bunch of free sandwich coupons (Not buy one get one free)

Was mighty nice of them 🙂

i've worked there for about 9 months :-/

well...different stores have different numbers of grills, and some have ones where the top clamps are bigger, so you can cook more than 9 on each.

i can fit 16 under one clamp, and we only have 2 switched to regular meat at any time, so thats 32, but normally i put 9 or 12 on each. and it cooks in 45 seconds 😉
