Yes, I got into a Sneak Peak tonight. All you kids will love Yoda . . . Trust Me! Anyway, this was better than the first or is the fourth movie?!? Obviously, the special effects rocks and the plot was a bit better. More later . . . I gotta have dinner.

the movie was spectacular, i'd bet it'd be even more amazing on the big screen, i'll see it in the theaters when the crowd dies down a little. Also, Natalie Portman is pretty fly...

Caught the 12:01 show. It was great. Second best next to Empire. Yoda rules all. Sauramon is a prick, great villian. Can't say enough, just go see it.

There were a great many things that surprised me about the film, so I'm pondering those instead of the Matrix trailer that was at the beginning.

I was very disappointed by Attack of the Clowns. If you liked Phantom Menace, you will like this one. If you hated Phantom Menace, you will hate this one. Not as good as 4 - 6. Suffers the same problems as Phantom Menace. No story, irritating characters, hokey dialog, cheesy premise (I totally did not buy Anakin's anger with the Jedi, so Darth Vader is ruined for the next movie before it even is made).

If you are fascinated with the special effects, or simply a Star Wars geek, you will like it. Otherwise, go see Spider-man instead.

Just got back from seeing the 12:01 showing at AMC Southlake 24.

Comments:

Seeing the Matrix teaser was worth it alone.
Can't beat a Star Wars crowd for cheers on an opening night.
EP2 was better than EP1/Lucas is learning. (Still not EP4-6, though.)
The movie got boring at times, but like EP1, made up for it in the end.
The pieces of the puzzle are starting to come together: see those secret plans?
An audio and visual feast as expected.

Damn, Natalie Portman is hot in white spandex!

Did you go see it at the Lennox? I was there, but missed the Matrix 2 trailer (if present) b/c I was getting popcorn
