I just got back from Intel's CnT in Tampa...what a joke. Only good thing is that you can order a PIII 800 and mother board for 230 total...and it's backordered! Hold on...let me cut and paste for a sec (brb)

I am signed up to go to the one in my area in November. I'm probably gonna order it, because I can sell the board and get a better one. That Intel 815 board was selling at the local computer show today for $170.

Although, I am considering passing on the deal and getting an Athlon setup for myself.

How pissed will they be if I wear one of my AMD Athlon t-shirts?

Aj - they least had semi good food.

BTW, I ordered the motherboard + P3-800 as soon as that site went live (I mean at the very minute it went live, which was at 3:45 PM Central) and I got the backordered message, meaning Intel never had any in the first place.

Backordered huh? That sucks. I just got back from the one in Chicago. It was a joke, nothing but Intel + Rambus propaganda.

There was a guy wearing a AMD Althlon t-shirt, when he asked a question, the speaker made a big deal out of it. Aside from the food, it was the best part of the evening.

Surprisingly the food was worth it, I guess Dave and Busters is not so bad after all.

whoa! Cold cuts?!!?!?!? We got barbecue chicken, twice baked potato's, salad, baked beans, chips/salsa and cutsie little desert things. It was GOOD!!!

The cool thing is that ours is being held at Dave And Buster's.

At least I can go there a few hours beforehand with my budies from work and have a few drinks. The food is usually pretty good.

We had ours last night and the food was Awesome. Was at a Hyatt Hotel in Baltimore, MD. Had Roast Beef, Turkey, tons of Pasta and all kinds of stuff. Food was good....training was boring...now i gotta decide whether to order the Bundle or not since the Athlons are gettting so cheap i might just buy one of them instead.
