Look at the first page of video and you'll see exactly what i mean, there are threads with honest problems sinking ever downwards with none or very few replies and no solution...and then these bloated flamefests that serve no useful purpose, help no one, yet have many replies, mainly from the group of people i'm talking about

I certainly find it amusing you included me in this when I ignored the thread you linked to and didn't participate in that one.
the second thread you mention i did actively participate, but i am not sure how you consider my participation a "flamefest". i only pointed out the logical, and provided links in response to "facts" given which were obvioulsy false.
further, not only were you too lazy to research anything before singling people out, but you yourself have made more personal "flames" than certainly some of those you singled out. this is the least of the issue here as not only is this thread a generalization which is quite insulting in it's own right and could easily be taken as an attempt to start yet another flamefest, it's quite off-topic and doesn't belong here (doesn't discuss video, rather it's just a rant to raise someone's own view of themselves while singling out others to slam).
while 11,000 posts in less than a year kind of speaks for itself, as i haven't researched the content of those posts, i certainly won't generalize and categorize your content.
i've actually participated in many discussions as well as "helped" others, or simply provided information i thought was useful or would spark some good discussion. how you personally view it i could honestly care less, as i've been here long enough that those whose opinions matter to me (even those i often find on the other side of debate from me) don't share your generalization and i certainly do not feel any inclination to defend myself from your ridiculous accusations...

i've yet to see rollo spread misinformation. while i'll agree he comes off as quite opinionated at times, like myself he either backs up his stance with a source of information or has experienced it for himself. for the most part he has, as i have invested in the high end cards from both sides (tho i didn't follow him into sli, as i disagreed with him and thought it was a waste -- and just as i stated, nv followed up with a single card faster than sli'd nv40's), rather than just choosing a side and playing fanboy. he also tries and has been helpful in many ways within this forum.
turtle1 on the other hand has done nothing but shown us at best, ineptness....
