Just a little Fun Fact

70% of all swiss chalet orders are made in Whitby, Ontario. I just ordered some chicken just now.

Whitby is pretty damn white lol.

Just made some brown rice today with sliced carrots, leeks, red onion, mais, red and yellow pepper bell, haricot, kidney beans, capuchin beans and chicken meat seasoned in shawarma herbs. A dash of salt.
And some satay sauce. Was pretty good. I had two plates, and i froze too servings in the freezer and have a serving left for tomorrow evening.

I looked at the menu of Swiss chalet. Looks tasty.

I got ribs too. I'm starved for variety right now. Swiss Chalet is a Canada wide chain but its weird how most of orders are done in one small little city outside of Toronto.

What do you mean? As in Whitby accounts for 70% of Swiss Chalet sales? 😱

And Whitby population is changing. Lots of South Asians are moving in.

The menu looks tasty... The actual food, not so much.

I'll take Portuguese grilled chicken over Swiss Chalet any day.

You can go to burrito boyz at warden south of eglington on the northbound side for great burritos.

I don't think I'd be craving a burrito after going through 3 pots of chili, but maybe that's just me.

That said, this sounds wrong, is there a source for the "fact". There are 2 SC restaurants in Whitby and over 200 in Canada. Am I to believe that those two have 2x the orders than all the rest? I've been to a couple outside of Whitby, they are fairly busy.

I didn't mean today, just giving him options on things to eat other than Swiss Chalet.

I installed a furnace for a guy that worked at one of the restaurants in Whiby and thats what he told me.

My GF likes the ribs there.

I would rather go to Harveys and get a burger. I remember back in the 80's their cheese burger was $1.80 and the fries were cut fresh right in front of you. Things have changed quite a bit since then.

I like sit down A&W burgers. The ones in malls suck.
