Just a legal question (re: clubs)

On a legal note, can you sue a club if one of the dancers (go-go, stripper, whatever) seriously hurts/injures you or ruins a piece of your clothing?

IANAL, but if they hurt/injure you and you have proof, that would likely be grounds for a suit. Ruins a piece of clothing? That might be a bit more difficult.

It was more shocking more than anything, ath the time... I got a little upset about it later, but brushed it off. I asked about ruining a piece of clothing, because one of the dancers literally ripped a guy's shirt in half. All the buttons popped off and it tore, etc. I would've been pissed if that was my shirt.

Whether you go or not is you decision. I would take this as a compliment, you think he invited every woman in the club? I doubt it.


BTW, my wife, her friend and I were at a strip club last Saturday. Noone asked us to the AVN.

I think AVN is open to pretty much anyone. I guess I was offended at the time because I took I "holier than thou" stance (do I LOOK like the type of girl who would do that?), but understand the environment I was in may not have reflected that. I would've been even more offended if I'd been a in church.
