When you review something that is on the budget end of the spectrum, specifically hardware, keep the target audience in mind.
For example, if a mobo has on-board audio and, or video, don't suggest that "the enthusiast" go out and buy a PCI replacement. First, the word, budget, should tell you that someone may not have the money to replace something they are already buying and enthusiasts would only read the article in the first place only if you tout in the very beginning that this board excels over more expensive ones.
This is not a rant, but just a tip.
