Looks like it might be good :Q

"65 million years ago, a terrible disease plagued the Earth which brought about the extinction of the dinosaurs. In the early eighties, when InGen cloned the dinosaurs, they also brought this disease back with them and it has been present ever since before Jurassic Park (thus explaining the sick Triceratops and Brachiosaur). Now this disease has become fully active in the dinosaurs and they're all getting very ill. When dinosaur carcasses start washing up on the shore of Costa Rica, a team (including Alan Grant) is called out to find out what's going on. They head to the islands to study the dinosaurs and find out about the disease, known as DX. They also discover the disease is transferable to humans and could possibly bring on our own extinction."

Sam Neill AND Jeff Goldblum are in it, too

Sounds pretty lame.

We didn't even have any "ancestors" even closely related to us during the time of the Dinosaurs, yet somehow, this disease can transfer so quickly from Dinos to Humans? Right.....

Doesn't matter. A disease doesn't have to be engineered specifically for a species.

Sweet! That would be awesome. Dinosaurs get loose on a spaceship and cause problems. It would also allow for a Jurassic Park vs Aliens movie.

I am no expert, but I am pretty sure a disease would have to understand how to infiltrate our immune system first, before it can even try to effect us. That can take many years.

Considering no animals like us (primates) existed during the Dinosaurs era, it would be awfully hard for a prehistoric virus to infect us.

Scientists are pretty sure that an asteriod/comet took out the dinosaurs... not some disease... and how did InGen bring back the disease? Not to mention, what kind of name is DX for a disease... wat's that supposed to stand for... And it can't bring us to our own extinction if dinosaurs are trapped on the island and we have something called quaratine.
