I cannot stand games that have a lot of jumping. It seems that quit a few games run out of ideas and insert random jumping levels or jumping assignments just to shake things up. C'mon developers you can do better than that. H2 and Serious Sam would still be great FPS without having to jump around cliffs or temples. Not that there was a lot in those games, but it really was not needed.
Of course, the worst offenders of this seems to Gamecube games involving DK, Mario and many other notable characters. Even the newest Pacman (XBox) game is nothing but a jumping contest.
Then again, maybe I don't like them that much because I usually suck at them.
