Jumpers On Intel Board

I have Intel D915PBL, the pc works but for some reason I cann't get HD led and Pwr led to work on the case(Its Lian LI 65B). The case has 3 pins for power led so plugged in where it says to go but neither the hd light or case comes on ??

Does anyone had the same problem??

You may have them backwards (+/-), remember the direction the cable is facing with LED's DOES make a difference
