Isn't that what a prawn is? If it were possible, and fairly easy to farm shrimp and get them to that size, then I wouldn't care too much about the expenses to do so; my basement would be one giant prawn factory.

Looks like a mantis shrimp. They are generally quite a bit larger than regular shrimps. At least length of a hand is what I've seen. Pretty good deep fried.
