So, any of you guys planning what kinds of animals you'll be smoking this year 🙂?

I'm planning to try ribs this year :awe:

Smoking pork shoulders, brisket, and sausage over the next couple of weeks. Going to do pork shoulders for my daughter's birthday party this weekend to couple with homemade coleslaw and bbq sauce.

you know, I was supposed to find some emu meat relatively recently. So far, I've failed.

for the 4th, there will certainly by pork shoulder involved.

i've got two briskets in the deep freeze, i'll probably do one if not both then. might not both fit though...

Where's the "nothing" option...?

why even bother posting? 50 ppd is hard to keep up, i know, i've been there. but you don't have to do it.

lets keep on topic 🙂. Even if you're not celebrating independence day, but enjoy BBQing at the same time. Contribute

Lemon pepper shish-kabobs. Pork, beef, and shrimp skewered along with grape tomatos, vidalias, pineapple, new potatos, mushrooms, and maybe some broccoli....

Ours is the 1st of July.

Not sure what I will be making. Maybe some pulled pork, pasta salad, garlic bread and scalloped potatoes.

No, it's one of those things we don't give a shit about, like the independence of india...

Why did you let India go so easily? Seems a good bit of resources were spent attempting to suppress the rebellion in North America.

It is kinda like how America waged the bloodiest war in our nation's history to preserve our Union when The South rebelled, yet we allowed The Philippines to peacefully leave, despite the fact that previous rebellions there were put down via force. Oh well, now they get to have fun with their Marxist and racial Islamist militant groups.
