No gender is actually all about grammar until it was co-opted by the politically correct as a replacement for the more correct term sex. Sex is all about chromosomes, specifically XX or XY and no amount of surgery will change that basic fact.

I don't want to sound like Moonie, but someone would really have to hate herself to perform such extreme self-mutilation as that.

The fact that the medical community actually supports this is appalling.
 
At best, it's a she. At worst, it's an it. Definitely not a he. And whoever told her it was a great idea to have pubes on her neck should be shot. Looks like someone used a glue stick and a handfull of pubes to create a beard.

Sonny and Cher's it creature child that Dancing With the Stars decided to exploit and put on their show. They did this knowing it was in no way a star, but would draw ratings because people would bitch and complain that it was just a publicity stunt, and watch the show as they bitched and complained. It is no way any type of grand message about equality from the show, it's a publicity stunt...that worked marvelously.

drug use with doctors prescription is legal, plenty of drug addicts get their pills with the help of a doctor
