Sorry, but i remember 2000 elections and the Democrats frenzied attempts to change the Presidential election and I remember the 2008 Minnesota Senate election where they just kept counting and counting and counting until Franken won and Coleman lost. The theft of the 2000 election was stopped by the Supreme Court and the theft of the Minnesota election happened. It's why i'm of the opinion that extremely close or tied elections need to be decided by a special election.

Every close election I have ever heard about since Bush/Gore ends up going to the Republicans. I am now convinced that Republicans are in general criminals who can and do steal elections. When I say criminals I mean felonious and treasonous.

This is a stolen election and there is no doubt whatsoever in my mind. The Republicans who facilitated this theft including sitting judges should be charged and prosecuted. It is time to start holding the scumbag party responsible for its actions.

The first count had 23215 votes cast, with 11603 for Simonds(D), 11613 for Yancey(R). After the recount the vote totals were Simonds(D) 11608, Yancey(R) 11607. Those numbers still add up to 23215. The final number, after the judges rules on the one ballot, was 11608 each, that adds up to 23216. So there was only one spoiled ballot added, and it was given to the Republican.

During the recount there were other ballots that needed to be interpreted as this last one. There were also I think 15 that were cast out.
