Actually, after the US Supreme Court vacated the last overreach from the FL Supreme Court, they're gonna be REAL leary about doing Gore any more favors.

You'll notice that they've turned down EVERY appeal that Gore has made since they made up new rules.

I'm just glad the electoral college deadline is looming, NOTHING will stop that from occurring. Both the Dems and Reps can appeal all they want, in the end Florida might just get its vote thrown out (as the judge stated)

The smartest thing that the FL SC could do would be to refuse the appeal. Seeing as they do not know what they are doing (as PROVEN by the US SC) and make sh!t up when they can't justify their rulings, I doubt that they will have the courage to do that though...
