I need more facts... but it just seems the judge is venting frustration at an undeserving person.

Did you not hear the part about how the guy sexually assaulted her, yet she didn't report it and continued to allow him to watch her kids?

:| She should be charged for allowing her kids to be molested.

While I can't defend any of these two, a man that sexually abuses a woman isn't necessarily going to be a pedophile as well. People say gay men are dangerous around young boys too because of their faulty knowledge.

harsh? no way. he was spot on.

i think he could have been harsher... i don't think she got the idea. i wanted to hear her cry and be brought to her knees in shame.

That force with which he spat those words out was quite impressive. That was really as close as you could get to verbally beating someone without resorting to yelling.

QFT. Good for him

And if social services in that area even minutely competent they will be taking a close look at this situation.

Side note: I had no idea what 'digital penetration' was either. Sign of the times I guess - i was trying to bring the use of the internet into that description some how

Anally sodomized her 16-year-old mentally retarded child?
That woman is just as worthless as the scumbag who got the life sentence.

That judge ---> :thumbsup:

Wow, he destroyed her. She deserves it, and the child molester got the sentence he deserved (short of death). We definitely do need more judges like this.

Wow! Worst case he's had to hear about in 20 years of being a Judge according to his own testimony. Surely her kids are being removed from the home and she is going to be or has already been charged with criminal negligence?!

The judge went too far by venting his frustration and forcibly telling her that she is "atrocious" and "disgusting". A person in his position should not communicate in such an abusive manner. It is easy for him to say those words behind 20 feet separation and a team of guards. It appears that he is mentally exhausted from his job.

Let me guess because even though the judge was right, you would have whuped his ass?

A judge is in the perfect position to tell any poor sod that chooses to not follow the rules and proper choices in our society what a piece of sh!t they are.

There are many rules and regulations I don't agree with, but I can't say because of my thoughts they do not apply to me. Anything that affects someone else I usually will follow, things that do not I may make the choice not too. If I were to be arrested or ticketed for those failures; that is my fault totally and if an officer or judge goes off on me then I had it coming.

It is not the place of any public official to go "off on" anyone.
A public position that possesses any type of authority requires responsibility.
The judge did not act in a responsible manner while fulfilling his civic duties.
He acted more like a thug on the streets.

If a judge or policeman were to berate me in such a manner, my response would not be to accept it or even to "whup" his ass as you so eloquently suggest. Instead, my response would be to file a formal complaint against said public servant.

I don't think you understand the extent of being a Judge.

Good luck with that formal complaint if you ever tried it. Don't you think if the government would sort of be one him if they thought he was improperly using his authority. Schall has been known for these outbursts pretty often...this is most recent though.
