Judge orders lawyers to play Rock Scissors Paper

Rock, Paper, Scissors (sometimes with the elements in its name permuted and/or Rock replaced with Stone and/or Paper with Cloth, but also known as Roshambo, Rochambeau, Row-Sham-Bow, Ick-Ack-Ock, Janken, Mora, Morra Cinese, Gawi-Bawi-Bo, JanKenPon, Ca-Chi-Pun, Farkle, Ken Ken Pa, or Kai Bai Bo) is a popular hand game most often played by children.

I'll be the first to predict the disputed outcome of rock beating scissors and the resulting lawsuit.

Edit: Apparently I'm not the first. 🙁

heh, "gawi bawi bo" and "kai bai bo" is the same thing w/ different accents (i'm assumng the same for roshambo/rochambeau/row-sham-bow.... and mora/mora chinese, janken/jankenpon... you forgot "mook chi pa."

but anyways, this old, cross-traditional game has settled many disputes and calmed down many arguments that may have ended up into heated arguments. No one will dispute the results, and it is considered the final word.

Very very powerful tool/game indeed.

Seems about right when you have 2 adults that insist on acting like children instead of professionals.

It was just a ruling regarding how the attorneys should settle their dispute as to where to hold a deposition.

Not appealable, and very funny.

That was undoubtedly the point the judge was trying to make. Act like children and you will be treated as children. The next dispute might lead to a nice game of Candyland.
