Judge on trial for masterbating with penis pump in the courtroom!

It's possible, seeing as how the incidents were during murder cases. Very probable that he actually "gets off" from controlling a matter of life and death.
 
I thought the sex offender law was only for people that molested or raped other people? Masterbation is now a crime punishable by 10 years in prison? Did people actually see him doing it or is it just the one eyewitness they mentioned?
 
I've thought this case was ridiculous for a while. The judge should be fired and publicly humiliated, possibly forfeiting his pension and any other future benefits, but criminal prosecution is a little harsh for an essentially victimless crime.
 
He loved seeing witnesses get pumped for information.

Declare a mistrial. The defendents might get off by this stroke of good luck.
