Yep, Bundy is a man so vile, so repugnant, so evil that he was acquitted in one trial and then a team of federal prosecutors had to cheat in a second trial because they were afraid to let a jury see all the real evidence in the case. ROFL!!
Bundy lost in court four times and was violating court orders when he staged his stand off. The issue of his trespass on the public lands has not been resolved. He is still leaching off the taxpayers and trashing our lands. He's already threatening more violence.

I wonder what your opinion would have been if a bunch of black lives matter activists stole a bunch of stuff from a federal area and then threatened police with guns when they came to make them stop.

I'm sure conservatives would be react EXACTLY the same. lol.

This, its funny so many here whine about the "rule of law" but gloss over these little details when discussing Bundy.

Bullshit. Bundy invited armed thugs to his ranch and threatened violence in defying court orders. He's a violent deadbeat thief.

Keep in mind that the US attorney who brought the case resigned at the beginning of the Trump administration. Did the Trump appointees throw the case?
Yes, the Trump appointees illegally withheld information from the defense for the last 4 years. UH UH duh.

Or Bill Clinton and his Attorney General Janet Reno. We would have seen FBI snipers like Agent Lon Horiuchi murdering women holding babies and the mass burning of children. Jhhnn remembers the good old days.

Lol, "your land"

It belongs to all of us, not just the Bundys. We have the right & the responsibility to use it wisely & to preserve it for future generations.

Or we can take the James Watt approach, wear it out & wait for the Rapture.

Sure it does. How do they say it? "As long as the sky is blue and the sun may shine"?

Good, now tell us how President Trump caused it 3 years before he took office?

but, but, but reasons... Don't put words into my mouth. I have zero horses in this race. I simply pulled a play from your playbook and showed it to you, don't get sore...

Just another article from a Las Vegas paper.

https://www.reviewjournal.com/opini...udge-tosses-out-charges-in-cliven-bundy-case/

............"Her ruling on Monday puts an end to that prosecution.

The legitimacy of Mr. Bundy’s cause remains a matter of passionate debate. Yet there are reasons the Constitution guarantees vital rights to the accused in the face of the government’s almost unlimited resources. Judge Navarro made the right decision.

It appears the government’s thirst for vengeance in the Bundy case proved an intoxicating and corrupting influence. On Friday, Dayle Elieson took over as interim U.S. attorney for Nevada. Among her most pressing challenges will be to rebuild the office’s reputation."

A small section of the swamp got drained.

True, even though they didn't get most of what they wanted. They did get to kill someone though that was slow on the "hands up or we.....BANG"

Don't want to get shot by a cop? How about, don't draw a gun on a cop? Seems pretty simple.

LaVoy Finicum shooting: FBI agent indicted for alleged false statements

..................."The Oregon investigators concluded that one agent fired at Finicum's truck, hitting it in the roof and missing on the second shot. A state trooper later described to investigators seeing two rifle casings in the area where the FBI agents were posted. But detectives called to investigate didn't find the casings, police reports indicated.

Federal law prohibits "knowingly and willfully'' making any false, fictitious or fraudulent statement or representation or concealing information.

Less than two months after the shooting, the FBI acknowledged that a federal agent was under investigation for firing shots and four other members of his FBI team were under investigation for covering up the gunshots. The status of the investigation into the four other FBI team member is unclear."

Finicum was shot by a state trooper after reaching for his gun. The rest is side show.
