Yeah just open up Paint and when you do save as. Do file type and save as jpg or jpeg. Or gif if you have small photos your using on your webpage.
 
Ok Paint works, but Imaging doesnt, it's not allowing me to save as jpeg(bmp only) if I try to convert from gif or bmp.
