No, that is stupid. Underwater for 6 minutes is sure death.

You can hold someone in a headlock to restrain them and not impede breathing nor blood flow to the brain.

We disagree, fine. I can live with it and obviously so can the court and the jury of his peers.
You are in favor of a trained person killing someone but not an untrained person in the examples I gave. Interesting you are not in favor of death for an actual physical assault but cool with it as long as that person makes you uncomfortable.

You are clearly avoiding your own ulterior motive. Not like the rest of us haven't seen you do that before,

Because he has only double standards to support his own racist self. It's kinda funny but not really, because in these sick people's minds, they are totally morally consistent.

That is why history is littered with horrific evil shit, shitty people can convince themselves of anything to justify their deficient souls.

Penny was trained. You were cool with his killing Neely . What don't you understand?
He's just a piece of shit and has shown he will never be better. In fact, like Greenman, they just get worse - they are defective humans with no cure. At this point there is no reason to ever engage with him. I'm retiring.

Okay he was trained. Shrug...
No, I was not "cool" with Neelys death. I was "cool" with Penny's restraint of Neely. His death was an unfortunate accident.

You can choke someone without killing them if you release the pressure.

If you are feeling uncomfortable to the point of fearing for your own safety -> FO.
For someone else's safety? -> FO

I think Neely was stating that he didnt care about a life sentence and he was about to go off. So pretty much saying "I am about to murder one of you and I dont even care".

If the dude is a trained killer and he aimed to kill Neely.. then I'd argue his training is dog shit. Looked like restraining to me. With complices.

it seems to me that it is pretty straightforward, when Neely went lifeless and passengers told penny to stop, that’s when intent changed from “restraining” by using a chokehold to intentional ending the life of Neely.
