I have inherited a joomla made website.. whats a good site to learn joomla ?

btw i have 0 web skills, i did some basic html stuff long long ago and for ebay but not for a real website..

should i go on youtube to watch videos ? need a crash course..

ie i try to add some menus and its asking all these configure questions that i dont even know how to answer 🙁
