so i have to crack my neck all the time and my gnees have been hurting lately. does glucosomine, chondroitin work or is it snake oil? it sucks gettn old :|

I do not have joint pain but I saw GSP taking shark cartilage pills on a UFC countdown show, which supposedly help your joints. Try some.

chondroitin sulfate = good stuff. it won't fix the alignment of your neck, but it's good for your hyaline joints (knees, shoulders, etc).
