joining my audio devices

hey,
i'm wondering if there is a little box out there that i can take a bunch of selectable inputs (such as bass amp, computer, cell phone) and have them outputted to my headphones. ideally, i'de like them to be able to output at the same time so i can listen to music and play my bass at the same time.

i googled and couldnt find anything...
also, dont want a receiver. just something small...simple
