I finally reached 10k, and I didn't really have any other SETI goals, so I'm putting in what I can: about 8 a day max.

Ken_g6, I actually do remember that race. It's very possible it was to 100.

3.08 is SLOWER? That explains why my 2100+ is faster than a 2500 Barton.

Yeah v3.08 is about 12% slower on most WUs ,is that the kind of difference your seeing?

Well the 2100+ is crunching about 5% quicker than the Barton. the 2100+ is running @ 11*193. the Barton is running @ 11*204, so I expected the Barton to be about 5-10% quicker.

Just installed 3.03 on the Barton. I have been crunching real hard to get my average time below 3 hrs. Finally did it!!

I'm going to be switching my home rigs to you Sukhoi when I hit 25k which should be in about 2-3 days (sooner if my mate Gav ever gets around to flushing his Q!).My main rig does about 10WUs/day & my 2nd rig does about 7WUs/day.
I'll warn you now though, my 2nd rig won't be on for long ,as I need to cut power consumption,it shouldn't be on 24/7!
Also I won't be switching the remainder of my fleet ,as they are nearly all remote & it would be awkward ,not to mention I need some output going for me to keep conjur behind me (we are level pegging atm & I'm 1k ahead of him.Hopefully S@H1 will end before he gets too close).
Anyway ,17WUs/day will be a nice little boost for you

I'll let you know when I switch over & I'll put a link up to my Q if you want some stats for them

Now can we get anyone else crunchin for him to push him over 100WUs/day?

i just want to say that i think it's really nice of you guys doing what you're doing and all. team spirit... it's just nice. warm fuzzies and all.

anyway, i'm just going to be happy if i hit 5k (which i should be doing by the end of the year) and that's enough for me otherwise i might think about asking for some help too. i don't know though. i kind of like doing it on my own. well, not on my own as you guys all helped with enthusiasm and such, just not work units. at least, i think. if i remember correctly i think there was a time when some "mystery" work units were showing up in people's accounts. do you old timers, and i mean old timers remember that? must have been about three or so years ago...

so, sukhoi, that's awesome that you're going to hit 10k. and it's awesome that so many people are volunteering their help!

Tetsuo, I have my eye on you, Bleep and a few others that I will add my cycles to the very second Sukhoi hits 10k. So many of us have paid our dues with YEARS of REAL time. Multiple systems that have been on the electric bill every month for real dollars, staying up WAY too late at night WAY too many times because a client doesn't want to fly or a system is unstable and you refused to lose production. We've fought this war together. You and the others have earned that certificate and I'm going to help you collect it........

The SoB client has hit a bug, so I just put my P4/2.6C @ 3.4Ghz with HyperX PC3500 CL2-2-2-5 running for Sukhoi until this bug is fixed. Should be worth about 16-20 wu's a day, but if the bug gets fixed I will shift back to SoB. I have a few other rigs that are finishing their blocks on the SoB client. If they hit the same wall then will use them for this, also.

Got um while they last.

Maybe some others that can't run SoB at the moment will follow along to help.

If I've added up right then Sukhoi is now upto 90 WUs/day............ & I'm now over 25K so I can throw another 17 WUs/day which takes him to about 107 WUs/day

Ok finally got my main rig crunching for you Sukhoi ,after ZA caused SETI to lockup twice:frown:

Just put my other P4/2.4C @ 3.0Ghz rig over to the cause. It won't run SoB, either.
This should put my total contibution to the cause at about 34+ a day. Hope it helps.
