Join the Anandtech Bar Association!

Lawyers represent! Law students represent!

Membership is restricted to members of any state's bar - or anybody with a pending application for membership in one of these things (you will be immediately added to the Anandtech Student Bar Association, and you may convert your membership to the Anandtech Bar Association on passage of your state's bar exam).

Our motto - "I passed the bar once, and I will never pass another one." 😉

I like to drink at a bar. Does that count?

Maybe. We'll have to open that up to our members. Oh wait... I'm the only one, so far. 😀

Ok - here's a question.

You just nailed a stripper that you found out was underage. You have 20 feet of chain, a gallon of bleach, and a car battery. She is talking about reporting you to the police.

How do you minimize your exposure to criminal charges?

As a litigant? Did you get a chubby readin about the Anna Nicole case. (Cuz I sure did. 😉)

As a student. If I have to discuss Marbury v. Madison again I'm gonna hurt someone...not to mention all those Interstate Commerce clauses and the court's ridiculous inconsistency.
