It doesn't taste the same as glass, in my opinion. Aluminum makes it taste 'tinny', metallic.I still have a problem with buying beer in a can! 😉
After the 5th one....meh. 😉It doesn't taste the same as glass, in my opinion. Aluminum makes it taste 'tinny', metallic.
Re-use the glass bottles, and ship kegs to the booze stores instead? What other material can you use that would stop it from being absorbed by paper? Even plastic lining has shelf life and whiskey is lik 40-50% ABV. Pretty sure that will disolve paraffin wax so that is out.
Are you drinking it from the can, or pouring into a glass first? It doesn't taste the same as glass, in my opinion. Aluminum makes it taste 'tinny', metallic.
I look forward to having this option for many goods, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc... just bring my container and fill it up at the store.Re-use the glass bottles, and ship kegs to the booze stores instead?

Make 2gal containers standard and you've got a deal.I look forward to having this option for many goods, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc... just bring my container and fill it up at the store.
The fuck am I gonna do with two gallons of shampoo? 😛Make 2gal containers standard and you've got a deal.
Keep it stored somewhere, refill the 16ozers as you need. I just don't want to have to go to a store every goddamn day to get one thing or another. I also buy everything in bulk so I may be the wrong person to coordinate these kinds of things. The fuck am I gonna do with two gallons of shampoo? 😛
That won't fit in my shower! 16oz seems to last months as it is, long hair and all.
I mean, if it's a containerless store, I think you can bring whatever size you want and just pay for the amount dispensed 😉Keep it stored somewhere, refill the 16ozers as you need. Fiji water is an American companyHow about we stop importing Pelligrino, Fiji, and Voss water!
Carbon footprint of those bottles are off the fuckin charts!
The best example of this I can think of is Yuengling Lager.... The bottle is green glass, so it tends to skunk the beer a little bit. If you get it in a can, it's a totally different beer.In fact cans are actually better for storing beer then most bottles since they seal tighter and let in zero light.
Did I stutter? Fuck does it being an American company have to do with it being imported and shipped over 4000 miles from its source and its related carbon footprint?Fiji water is an American company
