Ugh, I can't stand DMB. His voice is quite irritating. I consider John Mayer a slightly-less irritating version of Dave. Mayer does have some cred for covering a radiohead song though. I'll give him that.

There is a passing similarity in vocals to DMB, but that is where the similarities end. If you gave JM a good listen you would realize this.

The new album has totally grown on me. I love it.
