Wow, I didn't realize he was that hated! I knew he was getting in trouble with some people, but it sounds like the entire community has it in for him. Well, he brought it upon himself I suppose. Apparently he ripped a few people off for $100K+. He purportedly had a Viper for MONTHS longer than he was supposed to, never did the conversion, & sold parts off the car without any kind of owner consent.
