I wonder if asum killed himself. His brave Wisconsin democrat leader said walker would be behind bars before he'd see another term. and leader .5 went on a super rant today:

P.S. So everyone is clear.

Walker got charged with... drumroll... NOTHING.

Just another example of insane Democrats spewing hatred and groundless accusations against their political opponents. Remember when Obama told Univision "We have to punish our enemies....." ? This is just more of the same, trying to punish political opponents with false charges.

Hey fluffer, i'm not one that's filing charges. This thread is about Democrats filing false charges against a Republican opponent that gets thrown out.
You can post whatever you please, just keep it on topic.

Forgive me for injecting fact into this circle jerk, but while Walker himself escaped prosecution, six of his people took plea bargains for their illegal activities. Seems like a reasonable person would laud that DA for a worthwhile investigation.

But they spent taxpayer money on nothing. That is their ultimate goal. Spend taxpayer money on pet projects :(

Actually, the Dems won several seats in recall elections, though not Walker's.

Primary target was Walker. If they did nog go after him, there in chance would never had been a recall election.

Those seats won did not shift the balance of power

Should read "six of his people took the rap".

I hear republicans blew millions of taxpayer money over that famous Clinton blowjob back in the 90s, even though blowjobs aren't illegal (yet!) in the US...but feel free to tell me it wasn't a witch hunt, but rather a very legitimate reason behind it all. ;)

while i think it should never have happened. If he got a bj from a fat ugly chick thats between him and his wife. Yes it was a witchunt.

the problem is he did lie under oath and rightfully impeached over it.

You heard wrong, it was his perjury and obstruction of justice that got him impeached.
Right. That's the popular cover story, I know. Seriously though. If partisanism hadn't been a factor in this do you really think it would have gone as far as it did or had as much money spent over the matter?

During the JFK era, women basically paraded through the white house and nary an impeachment proceeding to be seen. ...Although the guy did get shot, admittedly, but I doubt it was because of his infidelity.

So a faar left apologist doesn't think it had anything to do with Clinton's lying under oath?

I'm not making excuses for anyone, Clinton was an idiot for not simply saying "that's none of your business" to any such personal questions, especially if under oath. I just call things as I see them, as an outsider looking in at morally constipated US society and culture.

It's totally obvious the witch hunt against him was mostly politically motivated, and why was anyone asking him questions about blowjobs anyway? That's something his wife and kid should be doing. It's nobody else's business what goes on in a married man's pants. :p
