I know what you are saying though... It seems like Carmack only needs to read the summary of a book and he will no everything inside and out. You just have to remember that he is like the Michael Jordan of game programmers.

It's Romero and yeah he sure is lucky! Well I've come to the conclusion that he has the expeirence to be that good at making games. Same with Namco and Capcom, they DON'T get good overnight. Thanks for everyone who was kind to me and didn't put me down and didn't command me to get laid. Later
