Then again Boehner could have sat there stone faced during the SOTU and we would have people complaining today that he was too cold/uncaring, emotionless, hateful/disrespectful, and whatever else they felt like getting outraged about concerning his facial expressions.

Then you agree.
Nope. You get an 'F' on my little rationality pop quiz for unsubstantiated speculation as well as your inane reference to the 2001 SCOTUS "blunder" and all the other ideologically biased hyperbole you mentioned to denigrate the man.

Ginsberg didn't look too good to me.

She looked ill. I wonder how her health is.

I don't mind. I know the facts. Gore won the popular vote in Florida but lost the election. Bush then proceeded to severely damage the nation and create an animosity in the Middle East that haunts us today, thanks to five old fuckers who decided to destroy the will of the people. One of the worst disasters that ever befell the nation. I understand that due to the depth of the crime there's going to be an equal depth of denial. People just don't like to take personal responsibility for the disasters they create, especially when they worship personal responsibility.

You're quite mistaken, Bush won the popular vote in Florida. And Middle East animosity haunted us well before Bush took office. But for some odd reason I thought we were talking about Boehner...silly me.

What the hell are you talking about?

People complain about, well mostly laugh and ridicule, John of Orange in this context because he cries like a girl, ok? A grown man with a history of becoming a teary bubbly mess on camera embarrasses himself repeatedly and this makes his detractors... angry? Outraged? Huh?

Get the sand out of there Jowo, it's affecting your thinking. If people give republicans in general shit over their behavior in session or ceremony, chances are its because the class and dignity obsessed GOP likes to drop F bombs a la Cheney, or yell out 'Liar' at the PotUS when he's giving an address. You need links or do you get what I'm saying?

Ginsberg needs to leave and give Obama the nomination.

Why our country relies on a cadre of senior senior citizens who probably can barely see or hear to decide law, I will never know. The Supreme Court is one of the oddest institutions in this nation.

It appears God will be forcing Ginsberg out soon.

Repub governor Jan Brewer sticking a finger in Obama's face at the airport kind of says it all for how Repubs duly respect the highest office. That hag of a nag sure is one ornery angry feisty.........person.

Um, Obama is a rightwinger who talks like a centrist. There are no leftwingers in power in Washington. The Dems are the party of the right and the Reps are fascists. Hope this helps re-tilt your tinfoil hat.

Dems are at least as right wing as any political party in Europe.

It would suck to have to sit back there during the SOTU. "I got a loose booger quivering inside my nostril and there ain't nothing I can do about it or the video would be around the world instantly."

This always runs through my mind as long as I have been watching these SOTU speeches. That just has to be the worst hour of anyone's life.

There's a 6% chance Biden is wearing pants right now. #SOTU

:awe:

😀

We were, why he has a need to pose. Why he canT allow himself to feel how guilty he is. I can't really fault you for not knowing who won in Florida. The CBD infected can't face the data and long ago buried the facts in mythology.

No point in my trying to penetrate the defect. But the truth is out there.

I'm sure it's tradition and all, but it looks kind of silly for them to wear the robes for the SOTU. They aren't holding court or swearing anybody into office.

Woodrow Wilson was the first to make a SOTU address in person, before Congress. Prior to that, POTUS just sent off a letter to Congress each year, basically saying "let's do some shit."

Not sure how long after that this actually became a real affair of state, much less a truly public affair of state, I am not so sure...but it probably wasn't all that long ago, relatively speaking. Now, whoever thought SCOTUS needed to be there as well, all in their dresses and on camera throughout, probably had their heads up their asses. Basically, there really isn't much tradition holding any of this together.

Boehner had gas.
Ginsburg needed her nap.
Biden loves to tease.

And as for everyone else. if YOU were invited to attend the state if the union, you'd go and be thrilled to go. All the Obama haters here would shit their pants in excitement to attend if actually invited to go. You're not fooling anyone here.

Really, think about it. You know everyones looking to see if you pick your nose or whatever, and then everyone is trying to make somekind of big deal cause you yawned at the wrong time. I think it would suck big time.

Bump for the idiots who think the orange man's lack of respect for his job and the PotUS is somehow limited to his 'expressions' or just the fevered rants of those silly libruls.

He's such a fucking clown, it's kind of amazing actually. Speaker "Tits on a Hog" has some explaining to do. Hopefully without tears.

So ignoring protocol is worse than ignoring the law?

Like Obama did so many times?

Oh right...its a one way street with you people.

Remember when Rehnquist bedazzled his robe during the Clinton impeachment? That was pretty hilarious.

I almost feel sorry for idiots like you. The level of dissonance you maintain because real life isn't conforming to your politics or sensitivities... just, wow. Probably why your piss poor attempt at a come back is composed of blatantly stupid insinuation, speculation and assumption.

You are completely ignoring the very real dangers of orangeman's disrespectful behavior, even when it's explained in the link provided.

Ignore my posts, you're too stupid to talk to. I'll definitely be ignoring yours.
