Given the GOP's current disposition to celebrity instead of substance, I think a speaking tour and Congressional run is almost guaranteed.

JTC, the irony is rich is in this ^ post.

Hmm without Palin, McCain would be behind about 20+ points nationally.

Celebrity indeed.

Well, without "celebrity" the Dems wouldn't even have a candidate. (Not that I'm defending McCain, but I'm not yet convinced Palin is the airhead the MSM makes her out to be. Loren Micheals of SNL doesn't seem to agree with them. I'll withhold judgement.)

Well if an actor/bodybuilder can become a politician, I don't see how a plumber can't.

The difference might be that Schwartzenagger and Jesse Ventura actually possess grey matter of some sort. In contrast, Joe the Plumber is a complete moron and buffoon.

I agree, but he sure stumped your boy pretty well.

You obviously haven't watched the complete Joe the Plumber-Obama conversation. Watch the video before making such preposterous claims-you may disagree with what Obama said, but there is no doubt he gave a polite, comprehensive and insight response to the question and (false) fact situation presented by "Joe."

I mean if he has legit views go for it. But dont try to cash in on this 15 mins by running for office.

P.S. After watching John Stossals report from a couple of weeks back. Good luck filing all that paper work hehe.

Quite right. The GOP doesn't need to descent further into a circus after the disaster of their recent history. They need to flush the turds and strip things down a bit. JTP is probably a decent guy to hang out with, but he's obviously a political liability at any level.

I've watched the complete video. Obama sucks without a TP. Certainly not as bad as Palin, but he's not as quick on his feet as people suggest.

Surely he should just join a union and just live his life out...

First he should get himself licensed and pay his taxes. Baby steps.

So he can't dream and have drive until he takes care of every single leftist attack against him?

Sure he needs to pay his taxes - so does BHO's finance manager and other democrats. Doesn't mean they can't have drive or dream.

He doesn't need a license. Should he get one? Sure if he wants to be a plumber in the future. Seems to me he may not want to be a plumber in the future.

So you rather he make his real-world decisions from his dream world? For example, in his dream world he would make over $250K in profit. Therefore, in his real life he should vote for McCain because McCain wouldn't raise taxes on his $250K dream profit:confused:.

There is nothing wrong with aspiration. The problem is when, instead of working towards your dreams, you just fantasize about them and make real-world decisions based on said fantasies.

Who said anything about voting for McCain? Do you libs have an endless supply of straw?

Yeah these shenanigans are bad for the GOP. It distracts the party and makes us rely on emotion rather than sound logic.

I sure hope he runs under the Republican Ticket.

Well, I'm sure it won't be the Democratic Socialist Party of America ;)
No he belongs to the party of Liars and Tax Dodgers.

Charlie Rangel's Democrat party?

What are you, 12 years old?

Sure, if responding to a moronic post in a moronic fashion is being 12.

rofl.

At least CAD's finally starting to admit it.

 Maybe you're actually starting to read my posts. I've addressed absurtities with absurdness(to show how stupid it is) for years here.

Actually, with any luck, that paperwork will keep this guy out of the mix :)

I'm master of the obvious today :)

Seriously though, you would think this guy learned his lesson. I think the media and the Left were downright carnivorous with the guy, but really... it's time for him to fuck off.
