Not at all. I predict that if anything, my proposal for the future meaning of the expression is more likely to stick than QuantumPion's. As has already been explained numerous times in this thread, by becoming a tool for McCain and the Republicans, Joe invited the "unstoppable juggernaut" and media cronies to investigate him and apparently he's been revealed to be either a Republican plant or a starry-eyed dreamer.
