This is quite an entertaining feud! (and carlos is being a dick)

Rogan wins, hands down. He is right about Mencia being a hack who just steals content. Rogan is a cool dude.

What confuses me is how Carlos Mencia is able to claim copyright to the video? That's why it's being taken off youtube?!? I mean, youtube/google have no affiliations with that guy, so what gives?

It must not be very hard to prove 'ownership' of content on that site then.

Ummm quite easily... Carlos is IN the video and he can probably call something like, "I'm in that video in an 'act' and that wasn't placed there under my consent" or something along those lines.
