. Hmm. Kind of sounds like the Legislature is only during their duty under the Constitution.

The day prescribed by law is November 7.
Boy, sure sounds like the legislature is merely following the rules of law and the Constitution. But I guess that means nothing when measured up against the supposed "will of the people", right?
