If you work for me, I will. If I think you are using drugs and getting past the urine test, why wouldn't I try a hair test? Refuse it and you are done. Fail it and you are done. I have had quite enough of potheads in my employ. I don't need the added hassles.

Hair tests are much more common now and much cheaper.

Well what you describe is extremely uncommon. So, while LTC8K6-Co might hair test, you won't see that much of anywhere else.

By the most recent info I can find, hair testing comprises just over 1% of all drug testing that takes place.

We are talking about possibly having a video of an employee using cocaine.

If they already have a video, and she passes her drug tests, obviously the testing they are doing is ineffective. They may very well request a different test, since they have strong evidence of drug use outside of the drug testing they have done.

Actually, she was the ADULT daughter of a U.S. Senator at the time and not the daughter of our VP. Unless you can positively prove that she is currently or has used in the last ~65 days....

Bristol on the other hand was the UNDERAGE daughter of the Governor of Alaska who claimed that she would only fund abstinence-only programs:

Palin backed abstinence-only education during her 2006 gubernatorial race. In an Eagle Forum Alaska questionnaire, Palin gave this response to the following question:

Will you support funding for abstinence-until-marriage education instead of for explicit sex-education programs, school-based clinics, and the distribution of contraceptives in schools?

Palin: Yes, the explicit sex-ed programs will not find my support.

But then, this shouldn't come as a major surprise to anyone....Repubs that clamor the most about abstinence-only have almost always been proven to be hypocrites that have "learned from their own mistakes":
