Ignoring the fact Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley both went to Ivy league schools and Donald Trump shits in gold toilets.Conservatives have been railing against "elitists" for decades.
These same people will call AOC elite

Heard yesterday that Josh Hawley is the only senator to vote against every single Biden initiative. I detest him even more than Ted Cruz... also, he's the more dangerous. Cruz is toast now, as we know, after Cancun junket.Ignoring the fact Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley both went to Ivy league schools and Donald Trump shits in gold toilets.

Cruz has no charisma. Hawley doesn't either. Republicans really are a smarmy bunch. I'm not sure why, but I want to see the R party die. Obviously democracy doesn't work if there's just one major party. I don't know where things are going but this anti-democracy in America has to stop. Stacey Abrams, we need you!Is he though?

Angering perhaps, but not surprising.Heard yesterday that Josh Hawley is the only senator to vote against every single Biden initiative. I detest him even more than Ted Cruz... also, he's the more dangerous. Cruz is toast now, as we know, after Cancun junket.
Thou hast underestimated the stupidity of Texas votersHeard yesterday that Josh Hawley is the only senator to vote against every single Biden initiative. I detest him even more than Ted Cruz... also, he's the more dangerous. Cruz is toast now, as we know, after Cancun junket.
Well, for POTUS, was my thinking there. Beyond TX I have to think he's getting a lot of snickers. I have to think he's going to be vulnerable in his senate seat too now. TX is turning purple, people have been saying so before the deadly storms this year in TX. Now I have to figure that trend is accelerating... bigtime.Thou hast underestimated the stupidity of Texas voters

Yes. Her withdrawal was based on typical Senate old boy hypocrisy. Trump cabinet picks comments on Twitter were far worse than anything Neera said. She hurt poor Machin's feelwings.I really didn’t keep up with her controversy that close. Was she qualified for the job?
But he's got that R next to his name, so he has that going for him.Cruz faces a few significant problems:
1) nobody wants him as president
2) declining popularity leaves him increasingly open to a primary challenge
3) only eked it out against Beto by 2.6%
But he's got that R next to his name, so he has that going for him.
I hope Democrats are taking a bead on Manchin, get him primaried. Didn't happen in 2018, maybe next time.Manchin was against her because she said a mean thing about his pharma ceo daughter, who deserved them for raising the price of epi-pens 400%.
Her nomination only started to falter when Manchin said he was questioning his vote. That opened the door.
It's WV. It's a fucking miracle the seat is "blue" in the first place. No different than Doug Jones in AL. No way a progressive wins a seat in either of those 2 shitholes.I hope Democrats are taking a bead on Manchin, get him primaried. Didn't happen in 2018, maybe next time.

Will Liberals Force a Conservative Democrat Out of the Senate?
Joe Manchin faces a primary challenger, but a progressive challenger may fail to gain traction in a state with a larger share of moderate and conservative Democrats.www.theatlantic.com
Exactly. I don't see the rationale for primarying Manchin. WV isn't filled with some secret majority of progressives that just need to be channeled by the right candidate. The way to neuter Manchin's power is to get more Democrats elected from purple states like NC.It's WV. It's a fucking miracle the seat is "blue" in the first place. Yup, makes sense... a few more Democrats will more than counter a bluetard like Manchin.Exactly. I don't see the rationale for primarying Manchin.
