In some ways this a tempest in a teapot.
Like the linguistic police advocate, "ain't" as a word may be a negative in somewhat the same meaning as not, it is still somehow so imprecise that it has no real meaning.
And I somewhat say, "fuck" as a word is in the same class. And as legend tell, Diogenes has searched for 3000 years trying to find an honest man with zero success, the same Diogenes would have to search but a second the find many people using the F word. But ole Diogenes would have to search for another 3000 years without success to find anyone who never used the F word in their life. Those that died before they learned to talk possibly accepted.
Somehow I will let the linguistic police worry about it, as they go ballistic in their own hissy fits, I am in the Mark Twain camp, who said he never let his schoolmarms prevent him from learning how to write.
