Is anyone watching HLN and the trial? Media is over blowing this too and if she gets off I am going to be rolling on the floor laughing.

It is absolutely obvious what happened in this, she is sitting there smirking and being condencending, etc. Her story is all over the place, getting grilled on on the stand today.

i hope the jury is not buying into her act. "i can't remember" and her smirk, laugh when she mess's up the question.
 
before the early lunch she got hammered, her cries were of guilt and feeling bad for herself. I agree I certainly hope the jury does not buy that, they have all lunch to think about that picture of her bf and those final three questions:

Martinez showed a picture of Alexander's dead body in the shower. Arias began to cry, and couldn't answer Martinez's questions.


Martinez asked, "Were you crying while you were shooting him?"

"I don’t remember," replied Arias.

Martinez said, "Were you crying when you were stabbing him?"

"I don’t remember," said Arias.

Martinez asked, "How about when you cut his throat, were you crying then?"

"I don’t know," replied Arias.

martinez ask her a question. "i don't know i can't remember" he produces a recording of her talking about what he asked so he ask her again "i didn't mean it that way its not a full sentance" WTF first you say you can't remember now you remember and you didn't mean it that way? ugh.

sad part she has done it like 4-5 times i can recall.

then She laughs and smirks!

i really really hope hte jury is not buying what she is trying to do.


and this coming from a someone who claimed she would shake like a puppy when yelled at or confronted.

What is it with Mormon girls and anal sex? Assuming her testimony is true, she's probably the 5th or 6th Mormon girl I've heard refer to it like it's no big deal.


I haven't been keeping tabs on this trial too much, but yeah so far what I've heard makes me think that lady is crazier than an outhouse rat, and guilty.
I won't make any predictions, not after OJs trial...
 
I don't understand, if he was out of the shower and had already body slammed her how did he die in the shower? And where did that 2nd shot go? Did they find multiple holes in the wall or just the one hit in the head?

EDIT: Ok I know how he died but how did he end up back into the shower?

well that's not her 1st reason for killing him

she first claimed that she wasn't around when he was killed

then she claimed people broke in and killed him while she was there (this is after it was proven she was at the home)

now she is claiming self defense.

What verdict and sentencing are you expecting? I just don't even understand how it got this far, wtf was she trying to do? She should plead guilty w/ 30 years in prison because her ass could very likely get the death penalty.

who knows.

She really thinks she can outsmart everyone. i thinks he really believes she can talk her way out of this in trial.

it shows while she is on the stand. She corrects the lawyers, she laughs at them, she refuses to answere a direct question the first time. even then she will ramble on.

I think there is something majorly wrong with her. besides the fact she can't tell the truth. she continues to lie on the stand and continues to say how she only lied the other times but telling the truth since she is under oath.

If anyone ever wanted a graphic display of sociopathic personality then this trial is for them. She is defective... and she'll probably get life or fry.
 
But insist that one of the first things they would do and get a doctor to diagnose her? It looks obvious, either that or this is a severe case of a woman scorned over something extremely petty.

Anyone can argue self defense. When Bush bombed Afghanistan it was argued in self defense. Same with Iraq. Same with Libya. Yet the frickin trash that pulled the triggers on those mass killings arent rotting in prison now are they?
 
How pathetic, shes's using a textbook defense strategy I'd expect a lying bitch to use - memory lapses, changing her story, painting the man as a sexual offender, and painting herself as a victim through twisted rationalization. Hope she gets the death penalty.
