I'd definitely pick A if I was u. I agree with Vic. B sounds like you won't get very far. In a couple of years you'd be looking around for something better. With A, you can move upwards alot faster. In a couple of years, you may be making double what you'd be getting at B. Look to the long run dude. You're young. You want something with lots of potential for growth. Good luck. Pick A or you may someday regret it.

the thing is, with A, even though its a great company, my job isnt all that great. its in operations, and some of my coworkers didnt even go to college. having an engineering degree, i feel like i am waay overqualified for this position. also, today someone got promoted after working at her position for around 3 years. she is making less now that what i would at this IT job. the only way for me to move up is if i move to a diff dept, which is hard considering im not really getting a good learning experience at my current job
