The job is this:
The Student Assistant will provide information technology support and assistance by configuring and installing computers, laptops, printers, and personal computer peripherals. The Student Assistant will also respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve minor computer problems and update inventory data. Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. The position is located in a high-rise building.

My interview is very soon and I need advice on what questions might be asked and what would be appropriate answers. Wish me luck and please provide help.

Good grief, the possibilities are endless. You may be asked what troubleshooting steps you might take if a user cannot print, access a network share, an application is unresponsive, etc. Might even include some training/instructing on usage of applications and/or equipment. Sounds like a pain in the ass job, but you might enjoy it.
